What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

How can I access the property?

There is no reception service. A couple of days before your arrival, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the building.

Is there an elevator?

No, we are sorry, but there is no elevator as the building is an antique Venetian palace.

No, we are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport/train station?

We provide a transfer service upon request and for an additional fee to the train station and Marco Polo Airport. For more information, please contact us.
